HOW TO ACCESS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM CANCER CROSSING

Hi everyone! We have been receiving many requests for our program information since attending the Manitoba Palliative Conference last month! If you are in a location where you come across cancer patients on a regular basis, we have brochures available that you can put out, or hand to patients who might need a bit of financial aid. Please contact us for brochures.

We also have an electronic version of our brochure that you can circulate if you know a cancer patient(s) who might benefit from our support.

We are in the process of developing an application form for assistance, but in the meantime, please provide the following information:
- The patients name and mailing address
- How did they hear about Cancer Crossing?
- The cancer circumstances (brief paragraph)
- What is the need (as specific as possible)
- The name and phone number of the person making the request

Just a note: We are still new so our fund is not huge. We cannot offer large sums of money but even if the need is large, we hope to be able to chip in - every bit helps!
