When a parent has cancer it affects the entire family. Such was the case for a young mom and her son, who struggled with family issues and with her diagnosis. This mom asked for nothing for herself, but she did ask us to help her son with costs to play in a sports league. Due to her cancer she was not able to afford his fees.
