Cancer Crossing has assisted a Winnipeg breast cancer patient with the purchase of a removable shower bar for her bathtub as she is having difficulty getting in and out of the tub while on chemotherapy. We are so pleased we could help this patient!

CANCER CROSSING ASSISTS WITH TILT WHEELCHAIR RENTAL

Cancer Crossing has made a contribution towards the rental of a tilt wheelchair for a rural Manitoba palliative cancer patient who has lost the use of her lower limbs. We are pleased to have been able to play a role in her care!

CANCER CROSSING ASSISTS METASTATIC PROSTATE CANCER PATIENT

Cancer Crossing has been able to assist a 78 year old patient with metastatic prostate cancer. He has a very limited income and lives in a Winnipeg bedroom community. He has a family member drive him to Winnipeg for diagnostics and treatment he cannot receive in his area. He is struggling with the additional costs associated with parking and travel and we are pleased to have been able to give him a bit of help to aid the access of his ongoing care.
