Cancer patients have multiple needs often over a very long time. We were recently asked to help a woman in her 50s with her ongoing expenses. She lives in a small town south of Winnipeg. She's unable to work at present and is on disability and is awaiting further surgery. She also has limited financial support and struggles to afford items she needs for her care.
