Cancer Crossing is pleased to be able to assist an elderly gentleman with cancer of the head and neck. While he doesn't live all that far from Winnipeg, he drives into the city for daily radiation therapy. He is also receiving chemotherapy at this time. Estimated total driving distance over the course of his treatment is almost 2700 km. Both he and his wife are retired and living on CPP and OAS, which doesn't leave much money for travel costs.
