Cancer Crossing was recently asked to help a man in his 40s with tongue cancer. He has six weeks of radiation therapy in Winnipeg. He will be staying in the city during the week and going home on weekends, a distance of over 400 km round trip. Of course he cannot work while undergoing treatment and his EIA Disability payments are a fraction of his regular pay. With your help we are pleased to be able to give him a small stipend to help pay for food and gasoline. Thank you for helping us support Manitobans with cancer.
