CANCER CROSSING ASSISTS RETIRED GENTLEMAN

A cancer diagnosis is impossible to prepare for and more often than not it creates financial hardship. Many of our clients live on a fixed income and are burdened with the added costs of medication and travel. Rural residents needing to travel to Winnipeg for treatments and appointments know this all too well.

Cancer Crossing assisted a gentleman from the Parkland who had been diagnosed with cancer at a time in his life when enjoying his retirement should have been his only concern. We were able to help lighten his load and cover some of the costs associated with travel to Winnipeg for an appointment with his oncologist.

Cancer Crossing is grateful to be a beacon of light to clients walking the arduous road of a cancer diagnosis.

Please consider supporting our cause so we can continue to assist clients such as this retiree who spent his career providing support to others.

Cheques can be mailed to Cancer Crossing Inc., 1-1660 Kenaston Blvd., PO Box 70029, Winnipeg, MB R3P 0X6 or you can contribute on our website at cancercrossing.com

Purchasing our book 'Cancer Crossing' is another way you can help us support cancer patients. It’s available for purchase at The Unexpected Gift, 564 Osborne Street, Unit 2; or by emailing us at info@cancercrossing.com
