42-year-old from Western Manitoba was diagnosed with breast cancer and required surgery & treatment.
Her employment insurance was depleted and she had no other benefits to access. She’s married with two kids. Her spouse works full time and took caregiver leave to provide care and support post surgery. The cost of travel was a significant stressor.
Cancer Crossing was pleased to provide financial assistance to this client and her family.
